Your Mission
Your mission will be to generate new opportunities by identifying new students for our training programs. You will be part of a sales team reporting to a Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Attract, find, and convince new students to join our trainings.
- Identify students who will succeed.
- Email potential leads.
- Close 1‑3 sales per day.
- Source and be proactive to attract new students for the team.

Spot campaigns to set up meetings. - Make outbound calls to eager leads.

- Set strategic reminders and follow‑ups.

- Overcome objections with diligence and assertiveness.
- Review 2‑3 call recordings per week.
- Propose 1‑5 improvement ideas per month.
- Participate actively in Paradox events.
- Sell during webinars and physical events.
- Assist and animate at least 2 webinars per month.
Must Have Qualifications
- Autonomy & Leadership: organised, rigorous, able to manage priorities and lead teams.
- Knowledge of the personal development, coaching, entrepreneurship, or Ed
Tech market. - Sales efficiencies: excellent at speaking, listening, and guiding customers through decisions; eager to improve every day.
- Digital understanding: proficiency with CRM and digital projects.
- Personality: drive, problem‑solving, analytical mindset, growth orientation, team player, and a desire to create wow.
- Experience: minimum 2 years of selling.
Language Requirements
- French: native.
- English: fluent; able to hold detailed conversations. Written communications are conducted in English.
