As a Business Development Manager, you will join Europe’s largest online Lead Generation marketplace, supporting over 3, 000 clients across 11 countries and helping national and international companies grow by delivering high volumes of qualified, sales-ready leads

Location: Parque das Nações, Lisbon

As part of the commercial team responsible for the Spanish market, your main responsibilities will include:
Researching key players in specific categories in Spain and other markets, establishing and developing relationships with prospects via phone, email and face-to-face networking;
Building and converting a portfolio of national clients;
Managing existing accounts, supporting clients in expanding into new markets and/or categories;
Collaborating closely with Sales Assistants and Customer Success Managers to ensure customer satisfaction;
Communicating customer feedback and concerns to the relevant internal teams and creating consistent follow-up strategies;
Achieving ambitious but realistic targets.

What you need to succeed:
At least 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably within B2B services;
Some experience in new business development (hunting) and a strong drive to acquire new clients;
Full professional proficiency in Spanish (preferably native) and a good level of English;
Excellent phone/Teams communication and sales administration skills, with a strong ability to build rapport, persuade and engage customers over the phone;
A proactive listener with a problem-solving mindset and a natural ability to manage conflicts quickly and effectively, balancing both customer and company interests.

What we offer:
Direct contract with the client;
Base salary according to professional experience;
Meal allowance of €7.80/day (meal card);
Uncapped commission scheme;
Transportation allowance of €20/month;
Hybrid working model: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote.
