The Role
We are seeking a motivated and
- driven Business Developer to join our team on a
- time basis (25–50% FTE). This is a mid-level role suited for professionals with several years of relevant experience who are able to take ownership of commercial activities.
As our Business Developer, you will be responsible for:
- Client Acquisition: Identifying, approaching, and engaging new clients, building
- term relationships, and expanding our market presence. - Account Growth: Supporting and strengthening relationships with existing clients, ensuring continued collaboration on future projects.
- Market Development: Analyzing trends, contributing to strategies that grow our consultancy’s reach, and helping it expand into international markets (EMEA).
- Collaboration: Working closely with consultants and leadership to align business development with project delivery.
Requirements (Must-Have)
- Professional experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Background in consultancy, professional services, or scientific/technical industries.
- Fluent in Portuguese or English, with professional working proficiency in the other language (both spoken and written).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and
- building skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working with the pharmaceutical industry.
- Interest in or understanding of scientific/technical topics.
