Job Description:

Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training firm specializing in Executive & Middle Management positions in the Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Catering, Hospitality and FMCG sectors, is looking for a Business Developer, to join and develop the Portuguese subsidiary. This role can be fully remote or from Barcelona, Madrid or Porto/Braga.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the company's sales activity by familiarizing yourself with our methods and values.
• Participate in developing the Portuguese office's sales strategy by identifying potential markets/companies.
• Identify target customers using various means and contact them to present our services.
• Negotiate commercial agreements that benefit both our firm and our clients.
• Establish relationships based on trust, communication, and transparency with partners.
• Promote the Luxe Talent brand to increase the attractiveness of our services in target markets.
• Experience in Business Development and Cold Calling.
• Knowledge of the Portuguese Markets.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
