Business Developer
We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer with deep knowledge of their local market and a strong interest in recruitment solutions for skilled foreign workers. This is a remote B2B contract role ideal for someone with 5+ years of B2B sales experience, who thrives on identifying and initiating
- potential deals—especially in the HR, staffing, or international recruitment sectors.

? Your Mission:
? Identify and qualify new B2B leads in your local market and across Europe
? Understand industry trends and labor mobility needs, especially around foreign talent placement
? Build and manage a
- quality pipeline of companies seeking international staffing solutions
? Initiate outbound outreach via email, Linked
In, and cold calls
? Present tailored recruitment solutions that address local skills shortages and hiring challenges
? Set up discovery calls and facilitate smooth transitions to the recruitment delivery team
? Collaborate with internal teams to refine

? Report regularly on pipeline health, lead quality, and business opportunities
? Your Profile:
✔ 5+ years in business development or sales within B2B environments
✔ Previous experience or knowledge of international recruitment, outsourcing, or HR services

✔ Proven ability to open doors and develop
