For our software factory, we are currently looking for a Business Developer to join our team and contribute to the success of our products.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure product growth in selected target markets and niches, especially with a nearshore vision;
- Oversee
-
- the funnel sales efforts mainly in the Iberia region but also beyond; - Develop and maintain networking with potential clients;
- Perform cold emails and calls to generate new business leads;
- Gather and analyze information from potential customers to generate suitable leads for the sales department;
- Explore specific software needs and related consulting and implementation services;
- Master a multichannel and sequenced outreach approach that pairs creativity with the intelligent use of automatization tools, to ensure that our products are

- mind with potential clients; - Assist the sales and bid team with relevant procurements or submissions;
- Nurture and maintain both our CRM as well relevant outbound sources in coordination with marketing;
- Represent Losch Digital Lab at main fairs and events in the industry;
- Be the first visible face and know how to answer high level questions and who to refer to within the team for further questions.
Your profile:
- A
- driven and
- smart
- player comfortable with aspirational goals in terms of leads and eager to learn; - You have 2+ years of experience in sales or business development for a Saa
S company or technology
- up, ideally in the IT sector; - A careful listener who knows how to gather relevant information and discover clients’ pain points and needs;
- A
- organised
- tasker comfortable using several lead generation and sales tools and handling multiple conversations in parallel; - Experienced in lead generation with marketing capacity (highly valued);
- You know to generate or request the material necessary to be successful in engaging with potential clients, with strong networking abilities, social media and telephone sales skills;
- You are a quick learner and passionate
- player willing to help other team members with submissions or presentations when and where needed; - Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge in other European languages is a plus;
- Located and legally authorized to work in Portugal.
