Greenvolt Comunidades is seeking a Business Developer Trainee to join its team in promoting, implementing, and managing collective
- consumption energy solutions and similar projects.

The ideal candidate should feel comfortable working in a dynamic and
- paced environment, especially in preparing presentations and reports to support
- making processes.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will take on the following tasks as part of the outlined mission:

Collaborate with the technical and commercial teams to prepare proposals and support their negotiation.
Update databases with new clients, sales activities, or relevant commercial information.
Assist in preparing commercial reports and analyzing trends and results.
Collect and maintain necessary information and documentation for the commercial process.
Develop commercial activities in line with the company’s business processes, including the use of CRM and sales support systems.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients for the company’s solutions in alignment with strategic guidelines.
Support the preparation of meetings with potential clients to present the company’s products and services, exploring business opportunities.

Requirements

The candidate should demonstrate:

A proactive, focused personality with a “make it happen” attitude.
Agility and the ability to adapt quickly to uncertain situations.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
High proficiency in Power BI, Power
Point, and Excel.
Experience with CRM and sales management systems (preferred).
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Portuguese and English.
