DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our exciting Vanilla
HR team to scale up and help us grow in the European Market. Your role as a Business Developer will include the following responsibilities:
- You will be working in a
- performing B2B Sales Team; - Contacting prospective clients through outbound marketing to introduce our product - including phone, email, and social;
- Working tenaciously to maximize contact levels and ultimately set appointments for account executives to demonstrate our platform and suite of services;
- Confidently speak to
- level executives and build an initial rapport with them; - Respond to inbound inquiries in a timely & effective manner;
- Prepare & brief account executives on upcoming demos;
EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls);
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferably within the tech industry;
- Solid track record of achieving sales quotas;
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts);
- Ability to use modern CRM systems (i. e Hubspot);
- Native Portuguese and proficiency in English;
- Experience working remotely;
