Key Responsibilities
Business Development – Iberia Market
- Establish and grow Helprise’s presence in Portugal and Spain.
- Acquire new clients across Recruitment, Outsourcing, and Consulting services.
- Conduct meetings, prepare proposals, and negotiate terms of cooperation.
- Analyze the market, identify opportunities, and build long‑term business relationships.
Delivery & Operations
- Coordinate recruitment and outsourcing project delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high service quality.
- Supervise employees assigned to client projects and support them in daily matters.
- Collaborate closely with the Polish operation team (HR, payroll, recruitment, administration).
- Manage local administrative processes and support operational set‑up in Portugal.
Recruitment
- Independently run selected recruitment processes.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of local candidates.
- Present candidate recommendations and support clients throughout the recruitment process.
Market & Structure Development
- Support the development of local structures as the market grows.
- Report results, propose improvements, and contribute to strategic expansion.
- Opportunity to grow the role into Head of Portugal in the future.
Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in Business Development, Recruitment, Outsourcing, or Professional Services.
- Strong understanding of the Portuguese market and local business environment, and basic knowledge of Spain labour market.
- Existing network of business contacts in Portugal.
- Proven experience in client management and project delivery.
- High level of independence, proactivity, and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong client‑focused mindset.
- Very good command of English and Spanish.
