Group is strengthening its team with a Business Development & Procurement Manager , to support the expansion of our real estate portfolio in Portugal.

What you’ll do:

• Identify and analyze land & real estate investment opportunities.
• Negotiate with property owners, developers, banks, and strategic partners.
• Prepare business plans, profitability studies and financial models in Excel .
• Structure acquisition proposals and partnership agreements.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Business Development / Procurement in the real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of the Portuguese real estate market.
• Solid skills in financial analysis and strategic planning .
• Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomous and
  - driven.

Location:

Porto, Portugal (nationwide travel required).
