Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Marketing, International Relations or similar field
• Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, consulting or business development
• Experience in preparing proposals for clients and supporting commercial processes
• History of collaboration in multifunctional and/or international teams
• Experience in business development in strategic and/or technological consulting (valued)
• Practical knowledge of national public tenders (CCP) or European tenders or international tenders financed by multilateral entities (highly valued)
• Interest in consulting, digital transformation and national and international business trends
• Proactivity, autonomy,
  - oriented and ability to work in dynamic,
  - paced environments
• Knowledge of CRM tools (valued)

Main responsibilities

• Monitor commercial opportunities and tenders through procurement platforms
• Support the preparation and submission of winning proposals in national and/or international markets
• Collaborate in the identification and development of strategic partnerships
• Support the management and updating of the company's commercial database
• Use a CRM tool to monitor the sales pipeline and produce commercial reports
• Develop market studies and competitor analyses to support commercial strategy in different markets and sectors
• Integration and specialization in one of three areas: 1. Commercial development in the Portuguese market, 2. Commercial development in European markets, or 3. Development of international projects financed by multilateral entities
