Job Description

TLG Global, an international group with over 40 years of experience in real estate development, hospitality, and residence by investment programs, is strengthening its team in Lisbon. We are looking for a Business Development Consultant with experience in the real estate sector and motivation to grow with us.

What We Are Looking For

A proactive professional with solid knowledge of the national real estate market, initiative, and a desire to evolve in a dynamic, internationally present company.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage TLG's real estate assets in Portugal, analyzing occupancy, profitability, and potential appreciation.
• Identify potential clients and manage the sales or leasing process of properties.
• Collaborate with partner real estate agencies, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and monitoring results.
• Follow real estate market trends and identify new opportunities.
• Assist in analyzing new investments aligned with the company's strategy.
• Prepare commercial support materials: presentations, technical sheets, reports, and proposals.

Requirements

Ideal profile:

• Portuguese nationality or legal residence in Portugal.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate sector, in sales, investment, or asset management.
• Good communication skills in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of the real estate market, especially in Lisbon.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power
  Point; CRM experience is valued.
