Mission:

The Business Development Director at United Hospitality Management (UHM) plays a pivotal role in driving the company's growth strategy by identifying, cultivating, and securing new business opportunities in Europe. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry and a proven track record of developing and executing successful business expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to expand UHM's portfolio of managed properties.

- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities with Hotel brands, property owners, and investors.

- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with prospective clients to secure management agreements.

- Collaborate with the executive team to define market entry strategies and target markets for expansion.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Hotel owners, developers, and industry partners.

- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities and risks.

- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and progress towards goals.

- Mentor and develop a

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field. MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in hospitality business development, with a focus on luxury and upscale segments.

- Proven track record of successfully closing business deals and achieving revenue targets.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Deep understanding of the global hospitality market and industry trends.

- Ability to travel domestically and internationally frequently as needed.

- Strong operations, sales and analytical acumen.
