Business Engagement – C-Level Appointment Executive

In order to meet our growing business demand, we are looking for a Business Development executive to foster client contact, growth and expand our business pipeline, increasing our reach and opening up new sources of revenue.

We are looking for a confident, professional communicator to be the first voice our future clients hear.

Your mission: to call C‐suite executives, spark interest, and secure that all‐important first meeting for our senior team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to C-Level (CEO, COO, CFO, . . . ), and other senior decision‐makers
• Deliver a compelling, concise pitch that earns interest in under 2 minutes.
• Schedule qualified first meetings for our leadership team, and log calls, notes, and outcomes in our CRM.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and collaboration at C-Level and their executive assistant base
• Conduct permanent thorough market analysis to identify potential customers and grow a qualified prospects pipeline
• Provide ongoing support, collaborations and resources to Commercial Partners, ensuring they have the required meeting schedule and information needed to effectively promote the business.
• Monitor and report performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.
• Meet and exceed meeting number, quality and sales revenue targets consistently.

Experience and Qualifications

• Clear and confident phone presence.
• Ability to handle gatekeepers and reach decision‐makers.
• Resilience and persistence in high‐volume outreach.
• Experience in B2B or executive‐level appointment setting (preferred).
• Fluency in Portuguese and strong
  - level English
• Self-motivated with a
  - driven approach ambitious, and
  - oriented.
• Ability to operate discreetly and professionally.
• Self-motivated with a
  - driven approach and the ability to work independently.
