Languages: Korean (native/fluent) + English (B2+)
Compensation: Base salary

? Responsibilities:

? Identify new sales opportunities and target markets
? Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis
? Present services to new and existing clients with clarity and confidence
? Build and implement strategies tailored to the Korean market
? Organize webinars, seminars, and local promotions
? Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
? Plan and attend meetings and networking opportunities
? Participate in major industry events globally
? Keep detailed records of business development activities

? Requirements:
✔ Native or fluent Korean speaker (C2), with strong English (B2+)
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
✔ 1+ years of experience in business development within the financial sector
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✔ Strong research, planning, and strategic thinking ability
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
✔ Ability to work independently and under pressure
✔ Willingness and ability to travel internationally
