Responsibilities
- Lead and execute diverse digitalisation projects with a focus on workflows, tools and process optimisation across all brands
- Take operational ownership of B2B
- commerce photo studio and operations processes, ensuring
- quality content delivery for wholesale and online channels - Drive the
- out and adoption of platforms such as Ordertool Sales App, Digital Asset Management (DAM), Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Showroom solutions, among others - Develop and implement innovative digital solutions including the use of AI and automation to increase efficiency and support scalable growth
- Act as key digitalisation partner for our local and international sales teams, agencies and customers, ensuring seamless collaboration and business enablement
- Analyse business and market needs, translate them into scalable digital solutions, and track progress against KPIs
- Act as a change driver by training teams, introducing agile ways of working and fostering collaboration
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, digital projects or process management, ideally in a dynamic,
- paced environment (e. g. tech,
- up or
- up) - Hands-on experience with digital platforms and workflows combined with strong operational drive
- Solid knowledge of at least one widely used programming language (e. g. Python, Java
Script/Type
Script, Java, Go or comparable) - mandatory - Proven experience working with AI solutions and the ability to evaluate and implement new application areas - mandatory
- Ability to independently drive efficiency improvements, automation, and process optimizations
- Initial project management experience, ideally within digitalization or process optimization contexts
- Structured, organized working style with a high level of personal responsibility
- Proactive,
- on mindset with eagerness to learn and openness to iterative approaches (including “trial and error”) - Team language is English; knowledge of German is considered an advantage but not a must
- Experience with Word
Press or comparable CMS systems is considered a plus - High motivation to succeed in an international fashion environment, with enthusiasm for personal growth and contributing to the companys digital transformation
- Willingness to travel to international offices and showroom locations to support
- outs and key business operations
