Hey there! Are you a passionate,
- driven sales professional with a desire to save the planet?
We're looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and lead sales efforts for the Portuguese-speaking markets. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with current customers, driving sales growth with existing and new customers, and developing strategies to increase our presence in the markets you will be responsible for. You will work closely with both Hellonext teams and Petrotec Group's structure in each country.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our products
- Keep track of your successes and share them with the team
- Represent us like a rockstar at industry events and trade shows
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, specifically in a B2B industrial context
- A gift for communication and negotiation
- Bold attitude to directly call everyone in the world—from Bill Gates to the neighbor next door
- Willingness to travel (and enjoy it as much as we do!)
- Experience managing small to
- sized teams is mandatory - Experience in the EV market is a plus
- CRM usage experience is mandatory! If it's not registered, it's not happening
Conditions:
- Fixed salary, plus quarterly and yearly commissions, and prizes
- Half remote, half
- site, with national and international travel
