Role Description
This is a
- time remote role for a Business Development Manager at The Ballpark for Portugal. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and driving growth initiatives. This role involves working directly with property developers and estate agents to assist in sales and business development within our service offerings.
Qualifications Required
- Skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Preferred industry experience in Property Market, e. g. , Property Sales, Estate Agency, or Property Development
- Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Ability to develop and implement strategic growth plans
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of branding, real estate, or architectural design industries
- Strong analytical and
- solving abilities - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
