Role Description
This is a part time remote role for a Business Development Manager at The Ballpark for Portugal. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and driving growth initiatives for the company. Working directly with Property Developer's and estate agents to assist in Sales and Business development, within our services offered. Qualifications Required
Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
Industry experience is preferred in the Property Market, e. g. Property Sales, Estate Agency or Property Development. Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Ability to develop and implement strategic growth plans
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of branding, real estate, or architectural design industries
Strong analytical and

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
