Business Development Manager – Regulatory Services and Clinical Studies (Med
Tech, IVD, Precision Medicine)
We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in B2B environments within the Med
Tech, In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD), or Precision Medicine sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy for our regulatory and clinical trial services, with a focus on generating qualified leads, managing quotations and contracts, and driving sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the sales strategy for regulatory and clinical trial services across targeted B2B segments.
- Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities in Med
Tech, IVD, and Precision Medicine.
- Lead the

- end commercial process, including RFQs, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with
- functional teams (regulatory affairs, clinical operations, finance, legal) to ensure the delivery of tailored,
- impact solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, acting as a key ambassador for our services.
- Monitor commercial performance through relevant KPIs and provide regular reporting to senior management.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Minimum 2 years of experience within Med
Tech, IVD, or Precision Medicine.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks (e. G. MDR, IVDR, FDA, EMA) and clinical trial processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and
- building skills.
- Fluent in English (C2 level);
additional languages are an asset.
