Business Development Manager
The Role
We are seeking an ambitious
Business Development Manager
with strong
market knowledge in life sciences
and a proven track record in
biopharma services
. This is a
- facing role, focused on
building strategic relationships, expanding revenue streams, and driving partnerships
with biotech and pharmaceutical companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with biotech, pharma, and academic partners.
- Leverage an existing
client portfolio
to accelerate growth. - Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities in
antibody discovery & development
. - Collaborate with scientific and project management teams to align client needs with CRO capabilities.
- Represent the company at international industry conferences and networking events.
Ideal Profile
- Graduate degree in
Biosciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field
. - 3–5+ years
of experience in Business Development within CRO/biotech/pharma. - Strong
network and client portfolio
in antibody discovery, biologics, or preclinical services. - Proven ability to
negotiate and close complex deals
. - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (other languages a plus).
