Responsibilities
- Lead the lead generation and qualification process: identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
- Develop and implement prospecting strategies: creating a target list and priorities to expand our client base.
- Engage and represent Gerodigital: conducting discovery meetings and attending international events and visits to potential clients.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to guide leads through the sales funnel until activation.
- Maintain a visible and updated pipeline in our CRM platform, focusing on meeting KPI targets.
Qualifications
- Fluent or native Italian speaker. Other languages, such as English or Spanish, are highly valued.
- Proven experience in business development and sales, ideally in the digital marketing sector.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate well over the phone.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Proactivity and eagerness to learn and grow quickly.
