Your Responsibilities
You will own your own projects and drive results across various initiatives. Responsibilities will evolve and be refined over time. The aim is to own and drive progressively larger opportunities. Key responsibilities include:
- Setting ambitious yet achievable goals, developing strategic plans, and executing with urgency to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Taking ownership of assigned projects from inception to completion, defining objectives, plans, and deliverables.
- Proactively identifying bottlenecks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Driving accountability by ensuring team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Acting as a champion for a
- driven culture within the team and organization. - Building, coaching, and empowering teams to reach their potential and deliver
- quality experiences to users and partners. - Managing
- based assignments across different geographies. - Deep diving into value creation, process improvement, and organizational growth.

Start date and Travel
Flexible start date. This role will cover all four markets, so regular travel is expected, including extended stays to work
