Your Mission
As Marketing Lead , your primary mission is to drive the growth and adoption of our new standalone Shopify Plugin , debuting soon on the Shopify App Store. This lightweight, scalable B2B solution will enable smaller fashion and lifestyle brands to embed

- order personalisation into their stores.
This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll deploy hybrid growth strategies —from performance marketing to partnerships, content, SEO, and
- native tactics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Shopify Plugin Growth (Primary Focus)
- Develop and lead the
-
- market plan for our new standalone Shopify plugin. - Drive installs, activation, and engagement through a mix of paid, organic, and App Store-native strategies.
- Own product messaging, positioning, onboarding flows, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Optimise performance marketing and automation across channels (Shopify, Meta, Linked
In, SEO). - Define and track
- specific KPIs including CAC, activation rate, churn, and LTV.
2. Legacy Platform
E Product & Company Marketing
- Support lead generation and brand positioning for Platform
E’s enterprise Saa
S. - Collaborate with product and sales teams on campaign and content assets.
- Manage corporate communications, thought leadership, and digital presence
3. SWEAR London – Brand Revival & Content
- Contribute to the relaunch and storytelling of SWEAR London across web, social, and PR.
- Align campaign tone and positioning with the brand’s custom,
-
- order ethos. - Assist with light performance and content marketing support for DTC campaigns.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years experience in B2B Saa
S marketing (preferably in
- commerce or fashion tech). - Proven ability to launch and grow apps/plugins , ideally in the Shopify ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of hybrid marketing strategies (organic, paid, partnerships, SEO).
- Strong grasp of marketing tools (GA4, Meta, Google Ads, Hub
Spot, Apollo, Webflow). - Confident writing and positioning skills—comfortable crafting technical and brand messages.
- Strategic mindset with a bias for action, experimentation, and performance tracking.
Nice to Have
- ABM or
- led growth experience - Basic skills in web automation or scripting (e. g. Google Apps Script, Python)
- Experience marketing both B2B software and DTC fashion products
