About the Team
In this role, you will contribute to Cloudflare's revenue generation engine by delivering pipeline at scale to the Sales team. You’ll focus on people, process, and tools, helping our Business Development organization become a competitive differentiator.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking help finding solutions.
- Deliver a stellar customer experience and develop customer‑centric sales skills.
- Become an expert in Cloudflare’s products and services.
- Create excellent customer experiences and learn customer‑centric sales skills.
- Own and target quotas related to qualified opportunities, response SLA, value of sales pipeline, and revenue.
- Develop new business opportunities from inbound and marketing‑generated leads.
- Discover pain points and use cases, map them to Cloudflare solutions, and qualify for enterprise sales opportunities.
- Work cross‑functionally with stakeholders (account executives, marketing, sales operations, fellow BDRs).
- Report, track, and manage sales activities and results using SFDC.
- Play an active role in creating and iterating team processes.
Qualifications
- Self‑motivated with entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in BDR or similar technology sales role (Saa
S preferred). - Minimum 1 year of experience in BDR or related capacity.
- Proficiency with Outreach and Salesforce is a plus.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time‑management skills.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with empathy and curiosity.
- Ability to learn technical concepts and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Location
Hybrid from our Lisbon or London office. Languages required: English & Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish.
