The Role
As a Business Development Representative, you will join the UK POD based in Lisbon to identify and create new qualified sales opportunities that can bolster Rydoo's presence in the UK enterprise market.
You’ll work strategically with prospecting, market insights, and
- driven initiatives in close collaboration with the entire commercial team. A large part of your role will be focused on lead generation through outreach, creating engagement, and building relationships that lay the foundation for long‑term partnerships. You'll also represent Rydoo at webinars, trade shows, and industry events to network and identify new business opportunities. By analyzing and following up on your efforts, you will continuously optimize your performance and contribute to Rydoo’s growth targets.

- Collaborate across teams: Work with Marketing and Sales to align outreach strategies and share insights from the field.
- Stay organised: Keep CRM and prospecting tools updated and accurate — your data matters.
- Own your growth: Take initiative, embrace feedback, and continuously improve your craft.
Who You Are
- Natural hunter — you love researching prospects, understanding their world, and finding creative ways to connect.
- You have 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales or business development within Saa
S - Native English or minimum C1 level (other languages are a bonus)
- You’re goal‑oriented and thrive in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment.
- You know how to create personalised, compelling outreach that cuts through the noise.
- You’re an excellent communicator — confident, articulate, and able to engage with senior stakeholders.
- You’re organised and detail‑oriented, managing multiple conversations without missing a beat.
- You’re comfortable with sales intelligence and automation tools — and quick to learn new ones.
- Above all, you’re a self‑starter with a “figure‑it‑out” mindset and a genuine drive to win as part of a team.
