Responsibilities
- Be a key team member of the sales team, driving new business and delivering on the regional strategy.
- Run a busy outbound pipeline of leads and provide
- class customer experience. - Use innovative prospecting into both cold accounts and into new groups/divisions of existing Zendesk customers.
- Generate
- value pipeline through strategic and targeted prospecting into
- ups and enterprise businesses. - Show creativity and thrive in a
- paced environment, actively sourcing new leads through social tools. - Be motivated to overachieve on targets and metrics.
- Be the face of the brand, 100% focused on building an outstanding customer experience.
You have
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a
- related environment. - Passion to
- start or continue a career in consultative sales. - Solid business experience (Saa
S sales preferred), curious and
- centric. - A “Can Do” / “Winner” attitude with a hunger and
- starter commitment to overachieve and succeed. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferable.
- Fluent German and English (spoken and written).
- Fluency in Polish or another CEE language is a strong plus.
- Availability to work weekly in a hybrid model: Lisbon office and remote.
