Tech, and more. We're actively involved in national and European R&D projects and are looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative to drive growth and partnerships across new and existing markets.
Your Role
As a Business Development Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy. You'll identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and help position Kyniska as a trusted technology partner for private and public sector innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and engage new business leads through outbound and inbound channels
Develop tailored proposals and pitches for potential clients and partners
Nurture relationships with stakeholders, including those in the EU public funding ecosystem
Track market trends and contribute to strategic sales planning
Collaborate with technical teams to align business goals with project capabilities
Represent Kyniska in meetings, events, and
- building activities
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales within the software or tech industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
Strong understanding of software development life cycles and digital solution selling
Familiarity with EU-funded projects or
- sector collaboration is a plus
Self-motivated,
- oriented, and able to work independently or in
- functional teams
