We're Hiring: Business Development Representative (AI-First Sales Function)
Location: Remote (UK or Portugal)
We're not just building a sales team. We're building a new kind of sales function — one powered by you, AI agents, digital workflows, and people who know (or want to learn) how to orchestrate both.
Implement AI is growing fast. Our AI Activate programme is helping business owners and leaders deploy digital workers into their organisations — without needing a team of data scientists or consultants. Our AI Operating System (AIOS) provides digital workers that augment human resources so that our customers can grow their workforce, without growing their payroll.
Now we need a sharp, articulate, ambitious, reliable, and proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us scale.
This is a
- driven,
- on commercial role at the frontline of our growth engine. You'll convert qualified leads into paying customers, manage outbound outreach, develop campaigns with our marketing team, and help refine the entire
-
- market process. But more importantly — you’ll be building your own AI agent team around you, helping us prove that the future of work is already here.
What you’ll do:
- Own the conversion of qualified leads into closed sales, starting with our AI Activate programme.
- Run structured AI Discovery calls to assess prospect needs and identify use cases.
- Qualify inbound leads and execute outbound campaigns using AI and automation tools
- Manage your own pipeline with precision in our CRM, updating daily and reporting weekly
- Work closely with the founders, marketing, and solutions engineering to shape deals.
- Feed insights back to marketing and product to help improve lead quality, targeting and services.
- Use Implement AI’s internal tools to automate repetitive tasks to boost your own productivity
- Think ‘Ai-first’ and actively build and deploy your own team of digital workers to streamline your workflow — including research, CRM updates, call notes, and proposal generation.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Fascinated by the power of AI to transform what you do and business operations.
- Are commercially astute and naturally curious about how businesses run.
- Have experience in B2B sales or
- sales (Saa
S, tech, or consulting preferred) - Are confident speaking to business owners, operators, and senior leaders in English.
- Are a team player and are willing to leverage AI to augment yourself to get more done.
- Love systems, structure, and using technology to multiply your effectiveness.
- Are familiar with AI and tools such as Chat
GPT, Claude, and Zapier (or keen to learn). - Can work hard, fast, hit targets, and stay accountable.
- Are utterly reliable and always professional.
