Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Prospecting: Proactively generating new business leads through targeted cold calling, personalized emails, and strategic outreach via Linked

• Targeted Research: Conducting deep research to identify and understand ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and key

• Opportunity Qualification: Conducting initial discovery calls to qualify leads, understand their business challenges, and determine if they are a good fit for our solutions.
• Meeting Hand-off: Successfully scheduling and coordinating
  - quality, qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the Account Executive (AE) sales team to close.
• CRM Management: Maintaining accurate, detailed records of all activities, contacts, and progress in the CRM system (e. g. , Salesforce).

Essential Requirements

• Proven Experience: Prior experience (1+ years) in a BDR, Sales Development Representative (SDR), or inside sales role, specifically in an Outbound capacity.
• Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal communication skills, especially the ability to manage cold calls, engage
