**Your Team**You'll be joining a diverse and exciting team that is crucial for the success of our sales organisation, as it is the team that initiates the relationship with our CEO, the **Merchant**! As merchants are at the core of our business, your team's job is to understand the needs of those merchants and establish a relationship with them to ensure that we offer them the right solutions to tackle their needs. You will work closely with our field sales team to bring a
- needed change in the payments industry, and support our merchants in the way they deserve!**Your Mission**As a _Sales Development Representative_, your job will be to use the lead inflow from our internal database to call potential customers and become the first point of contact with them. Through discerning their current way of operations and the main challenges they are facing, you will offer them a Salt
Pay product that can tackle their challenges. You will then connect them with our field sales team, which will employ the information you have carefully collected from the merchants, to build a
- lasting relationship with those merchants. By becoming an expert and understanding the ins and outs of our merchant base, you will also strategically work to enhance our product offering and provide a better experience to our merchants. **Your Story**We are looking for someone who strives to provide an exceptional experience to our merchants, listening first and then proactively offering solutions.
