- up in the mobile marketing space. We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative.
Responsibilities
- As a BDR, identify, contact, and develop relationships with potential customers. Work closely with Account Executives to optimize lead generation and a strategic sales approach.
- Conduct company research based on the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and outreach prospects with a
- driven approach. - Utilize automation tools, cold calls, and personalized emails to enrich the sales pipeline with new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop outreach strategies and generate opportunities to hit personal and team targets and ensure ongoing lead flow into the sales funnel.
- Conduct discovery/qualification calls with Enterprise-level and C-level contacts to identify potential needs/interests and collect information for the Sales Team to launch the sales process.
- Hit personal monthly and quarterly targets and contribute to the team's KPIs on closed deals, calls, and emails; focus on quality.
- Maintain CRM (Hubspot) updates to track sales metrics and progress.
- Share feedback to improve sales processes and participate in team projects and initiatives.
- Participate in education sessions and training, and share expertise with the Sales department.
About You
- 0. 5-1 year of successful work experience in a BDR or
- carrying Sales role. - Experience with outbound lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (cold calls, personalized Linked
In messaging, etc. ). - Experience with prospecting tools & CRM.
- Experience in conducting calls with clients.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or under supervision.
- Quick learner who can adapt to an
- changing environment. - Time management and the ability to work remotely with curiosity for feedback and coaching.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
