- life opportunity**:You'll have the mission to build and manage a sales dream team, continuously training and improving them to reach ambitious goals in a
- growing tech startup. You will be leading part of the Glovo Sales Team, working closely with the Long Tail Manager in Portugal as well as coordinating with other Teams. **Be a part of a team where you will**:
- Together with your team meet monthly objectives defined by the Head of Sales- Train and develop team members to be more effective and efficient in their
- Track your team KPI performance and conduct analysis of current
- Take care for motivating your team in their daily job to keep their job satisfaction on high
- Ensure that your team keeps their pipeline updated on a daily basis and manage their
- Help your team with daily task ensuring smooth
- Take care of new team members onboarding**You have**:
- At least, 3 years of experience in
- performance sales;
- Mandatory experience in leading a sales team**;
**:
- Previous work experience in a startup /
- demanding environment is preferred (Tech, FMCG, etc)- Sales hunger is a must! You may never take a no for an answer;
- Highly motivated,
- driven, strategic thinker, with strong leadership and business fundamentals;
- Good analytical skillsand practical approach in identifying issues and solutions;
- Familiarity withsalesmanagement and reporting tools (eg. Salesforce, Google Sheets);
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence, drive change and ensure a great execution;
