About the Role

Are you ready to take your career to the next level in Business Development and Sales Strategy? In this role, you will be at the heart of driving growth and building strong relationships with key clients. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of promotions, accurate reporting, and impactful presentations that influence decision‑making. Additionally, you’ll have the chance to shape commercial offers and optimize processes that make a real difference in the market.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage customer support activities, from creating new product forms and updating technical sheets to tracking orders and analysing sell‑out data.
• Conduct sales forecasting, update reports daily, and prepare insightful presentations for leadership.
• Analyse campaigns—ensuring every initiative, from Christmas to Easter, delivers measurable results.
• Organise commercial offers, extract proof of evidence, and maintain accurate databases that support both Modern Trade and Impulse Channel.

About You

• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and passionate about business growth.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Management.
• Strong analytical skills and a knack for problem‑solving.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power
  Point, Think Cell, Power BI, and BW is essential.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills and a drive to thrive in a dynamic environment.
