We are seeking a Business Development Trainee to be part of a team focused on accelerating the adoption of energy transition. This key role offers a practical learning experience to help the team identify new market opportunities and build new partnerships. Some of your responsibilities will include:

1. Detailed analysis of CRM to uncover unattended accounts
2. Studying SMEs in international markets to organize market mapping for new business opportunities
3. Assisting in developing new consultancy strategies for customer verticals, e. g. , real estate
4. Supporting
   - designs to help customers explore new opportunities

Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related fields
• Optional: Curiosity about the real estate sector
• Optional: Experience in a commercial role, such as student associations or volunteering
• Understanding of sales platforms like CRM
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• People-oriented, a networker, eager to learn
• Self-starter with good networking skills and willingness to travel nationally
