We provide secure and seamless Web3 B2B banking solutions, offering a range of digital asset services that enable fast, safe, and efficient crypto operations.
As one of the few licensed Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASP) in Portugal, we are building the future of finance by combining innovation, technological expertise, compliance, and security in the crypto space.
We are now expanding and seeking a Business Growth Executive to drive new client acquisition and build market foundations across multiple sectors worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B clients from various industries looking to adopt
- based financial solutions (e. g. , treasury management, payments, settlements). - Own and manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, negotiation, to closing.
- Actively represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads, engage with potential clients, and drive business development.
- Conduct deep market penetration work: research industries, identify sector opportunities, build tailored approaches for different client verticals.
- Maintain and grow the company's presence on professional social media platforms.
- Create marketing materials such as company presentations, case studies, and
- specific sales assets. - Support the launch and positioning of new products with
- specific marketing and communication strategies. - Analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to continuously refine outreach and marketing approaches.
Profile We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Independent, proactive, and
- driven. - Strong communication, research, and
- building skills. - Tech-savviness is a plus, but not required.
- Eagerness to grow professionally and make a meaningful impact within a
- moving startup environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
