As the Business Growth Manager, your main responsibility will be developing and managing strategic partnerships to enhance our market position and revenue in the credit industry.

Your key responsibilities include:

1. Developing and implementing an expansion partnership strategy in Portugal aligned with company goals.
2. Identifying and evaluating partnership opportunities to increase retail credit and expand operations.
3. Building and maintaining relationships with new partners for mutually beneficial collaborations.
4. Leading negotiations and formalizing agreements, ensuring strategic alignment.
5. Collaborating with legal and finance teams for compliance, profitability, and sustainability.
6. Monitoring KPIs to evaluate partnership impacts on financial performance.
7. Reporting to senior management on partnership initiatives and outcomes.
8. Staying informed on industry trends and emerging opportunities to refine strategy.

What we are looking for:

1. At least 3 years' experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles in Portugal’s credit or financial sector.
2. Knowledge of Portuguese credit industry regulations and compliance.
3. Proven success in negotiating and managing
   - generating partnerships.
4. Fluency in English.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
