Role Description
Title: BI & Analytics Business Integration Manager
Department: BI & Analytics Hub (BIAHub)
Reports to: Head of BI & Analytics
Summary
The BI & Analytics Business Integration Manager is a key role within the BIAHub, responsible for leading BI activities and projects to support strategic goals through
- driven solutions and insights. The role involves managing projects across various business units, ensuring alignment with BIAHub standards.
Responsibilities, Objectives & Tasks
- Oversee BI projects from start to finish.
- Consult on Data & BI related to Business Processes & Content.
- Lead project management within BIAHub projects.
- Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project progress and
- making with stakeholders. - Ensure BI activities adhere to standards and guidelines.
- Act as main communication link between customers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align BI solutions with business needs.
- Connect Process and Data Owners.
- Translate business requirements into concepts and coordinate technical implementation.
- Provide input to frontend/backend teams for alignment or changes.
- Integrate business and technical perspectives.
- Facilitate testing and gather feedback.
- Organize training and communication to promote BI tools and best practices.
Skills, Qualifications And Competencies
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
- Experience in BI and analytics, preferably in consulting or integration roles.
- Proficiency in BI tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of data modeling, warehousing, ETL, and SQL.
- Experience in designing and deploying BI solutions.
- Understanding of project management methodologies.
- Ability to translate business challenges into BI solutions.
- Strong analytical and
- solving skills. - Creative, innovative, and proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication skills; English required, German a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.

- Frontend Developer, Backend Developer, Technical Architect, Business Governance, Project Teams, Process Owner.
- Remote-friendly; candidates must be based in Portugal.
