Role Description
Title: BI & Analytics Business Integration Manager
Department: BI & Analytics Hub (BIAHub)
Reports to: Head of BI & Analytics
Summary
The BI & Analytics Business Integration Manager is a key role within the BI & Analytics Hub, responsible for delivering
- driven solutions and insights to support strategic organizational goals and
- making. The role involves leading BI activities and projects across various business units, ensuring alignment with the BIAHub standards and vision.
Responsibilities, Objectives & Tasks
- Oversee BI activities and projects from initiation to completion (E2E).
- Provide consulting on Data & BI related topics, including Business Processes & Content.
- Lead project management within BIAHub projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet objectives.
- Monitor project progress, facilitate
- making, and ensure alignment with stakeholders and Steer
Co. - Ensure BI activities adhere to BIAHub standards and guidelines.
- Serve as the main communication interface between customers, technical teams, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure BI solutions meet business requirements.
- Bridge the gap between process owners and data owners, translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Coordinate with frontend/backend teams for alignment and change management.
- Facilitate testing activities and collect stakeholder feedback.
- Organize training sessions and communicate regularly to promote BI tools, processes, and best practices (self-service).
Skills, Qualifications and Competencies
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience in BI and analytics, ideally in consulting or business integration roles.
- Proficiency with various BI tools and platforms.
- Understanding of data modelling, data warehousing, ETL, and SQL.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy BI solutions aligned with business needs.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies for BI projects.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into BI solutions.
- Strong analytical,

- making skills. - Innovative mindset and openness to new technologies.
- Customer-oriented, proactive, and
- driven approach. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills; English required, German a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
