The Role:

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting
- making processes by analyzing data, building relationships with stakeholders, and implementing tools and techniques to improve data management and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and status to provide actionable insights.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Operational and Financial Studies: Conduct studies to support efficiency improvements.

Business Case Preparation: Assist management by preparing business cases for investments in assets like trucking and depots.

Data Management Tools: Define and implement statistical tools, techniques, and methods to enhance data management and analysis.

Complex Analysis Support: Provide analytical support for complex data analysis and studies.

Data Exploration Algorithms: Create algorithms to explore and extract useful data.

Strategic Data Standardization: Standardize data processes and synthesize information to facilitate

Database Compliance: Manage data operations, modeling, and architecture while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Required Competencies:

Data Analysis & Diagnosis: Strong analytical skills to assess and interpret data.

Statistical Knowledge: Proficiency in calculation methods and statistical analysis.

Legal & Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.

Business Intelligence Expertise: Knowledge of BI tools and techniques.

Reporting Skills: Ability to prepare and present comprehensive reports.

Technical Proficiency: Expertise in software and IT applications.

Transport Knowledge: Preferable experience in the transport or logistics sector.

Process Design: Ability to design and optimize processes.

Consulting & Expertise: Experience in providing internal consulting and expertise.

Skills Required:
