Job Scope And Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Assistant to help analyze sales information at our offices in Rio de Mouro, Sintra.

Main Areas of Responsibility

• Producing reports on Key Performance Indicators for the Sales and Marketing commercial teams.
• Calculating and following up campaigns.
• Monitoring the Sales team's targets.
• Monitoring and controlling the Sales Forecast.
• Supporting the preparation of Sales and Marketing commercial meetings.
  
  

• Degree in Management, Economics or similar, specialisation/component in Data Analysis and Business Intelligence will be valued;
• 6 months to 1 year experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Excel and SAP will be valued
• Availability to visit our offices in Benfica
  
  

• Native Portuguese
• Proficient in English
• Spanish is a plus
