About The Job

• The program begins with a week of professional training, which will help to enhance your technical and professional skills. You will then be assigned to our regular tasks allowing you to gain the necessary practical knowledge about the business. During the second half of the program you will work on real projects, become part of the teams and gain a real insight into the role. In order for you to gain an understanding of the other areas within Global Markets, we will include you to
  - shadowing sessions on the team. In addition, you will attend workshops, including interactive case studies, networking and social events allowing you to meet with some of our senior managers and colleagues across CIB as well as working on individual and team projects.

Your Main Activities Are

• Support the FOCS and BS&C teams in NY with
  - hoc requests (KPIs, reporting, regulatory, etc. );
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Assist inthedevelopment of automated tools for monitoring Global Markets Staff and performing customized data analytics;
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Contribute tothe design, implementation and visualizations of the monitoring procedures to more effectively identify actual or potential conduct risk scenarios;
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Buildanend-to-end report by improving the data collection and manipulation as well as developing/improving visualizations to be presented in committees and presentations.

• Academic background in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, IT or similar areas (preferential);
