• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, or IT Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience
• Strong experience in the business intelligence area
• Experience in executing and monitoring data projects
• Knowledge of SAS, SQL, Microstrategy, and/or other data tools
• PMP Certification (valued)
• Excellent communication and

• Strong organizational skills
• Leadership skills with the ability to influence decisions
• Critical thinking skills
• Results-oriented and
  - focused
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders
• Fluent in English
