Your Main Activities

As a member of the Business Management team, you will have the following key responsibilities:

• Multi-functional support & interaction
• Support Senior Management in preparing presentations and Committees
• Support trading and sales teams in daily business and strategic topics
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of processes shared with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operational Permanent Control
• Produce financial reports with close monitoring of Revenues, Costs, and Resources
• Assist sales teams with client onboarding and recertifications
• Maintain knowledge management and audit trail processes
• Support ongoing transversal projects and initiatives
• Represent Senior Management in steering committees and workgroups
• Follow regulatory guidelines impacting Global Markets in Belgium with Legal & Compliance teams

Profile and Skills for Success

• Masters in Finance, Business, Management, or Economics
• English proficiency; French or Dutch is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office; Tableau and Power BI knowledge is a plus
• Strong networking skills
• Comfort with numbers and financial databases
• Excellent analytical skills
• Innovative, ethical, and proactive
• Accurate and independent team player
