• The Business Management Officer (BM) supports the management of RISK CPBS Hub in all topics requiring transversal coordination or consolidation of information such as, for example, HR, Facilities, Finance or community management. The role provides support to management processes of setting goals, planning and/or controlling the organization and leading the execution of any type of activity, such as a project or a process, being accountable for a wide variety of tasks requiring transversal coordination or consolidation and impacting the business. About The Job

• The Business Management Officer (BM) supports the management of RISK CPBS Hub in all topics requiring transversal coordination or consolidation of information such as, for example, HR, Facilities, Finance or community management. Your Main Activities Are

• Support the RISK CPBS management team on their daily activities or projects
• Support to the deliverables and processes on Finance, HR, Operational Permanent Control, Business Continuity, Management, and other related to the management of a department within BNP Paribas
• Develop and own data models, for example in Excel, Share
  Point etc. , with the purpose of consolidating data, analysing them, and reporting them in a structured and articulated way to support and inform business decisions. Contribute to the development or maintenance of new data models in a large range of activities, such as budget monitoring, space management, monitoring of the recruitment, results of internal surveys, among others
• Prepare and monitor the overall budget of RISK CPBS Hub (staff, expenditure, projects) in connection with the management control teams
• Assist the Head of RISK CPBS Portugal Hub for internal communication in the RISK Function: Management committees, Townhalls, seminars where appropriate, and maintain the Sharepoint
• Be a force for proposing new internal initiatives at RISK CPBS Portugal Hub, particularly regarding training, to ensure that skills match the evolution of the function
  
  

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor Degree in Business Management / Marketing and Communications or related
• Up to 2 years of experience in Financial Analysis and Advisory / Marketing and Communications / Administrative Support or similar
• Advanced level of English, both written and oral
• Knowledge in MS Office Pack (Excel, Power
  Point)
• Adaptability
• Ability to develop and leverage networks
• Communication skills, both written and oral
