This role sits within the Finance & Strategy function, Finance Implementation Projects – FIP teams, leading
-
- end implementation of business and regulatory projects, contributing to transformation initiatives, and maintaining a harmonized Finance operating model across the BNPP Group. It involves collaborating with a global FIP community and supporting migration projects across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

Your Main Activities

• Propose and follow the allocation of the resources to deliver the projects in relation with the budget defined
• Monitor the budget and staffing ensuring the delivery of the projects
• Follow up on the status and the actuals
• Coordinate the relationship with team leaders in Lisbon and Paris and FIP Regions in order to follow the portfolio and capacity planning
• Collect, update and analyze the book of work of the team in order to report on the forecast and the landing of the projects
• Be the bridge between the team manager and the team leaders
• Monitor and coordinate the execution of the different generic controls
• Analyze and produce a synthesis of the results for the controls put in place, as well as monitor action plans with the team
• Propose an implementation plan for new controls and evolution of current ones
• You will be very active in the preparation of the different presentations for quarterly meetings with our SMS teams in order to report on the projects’ status and will participate to the management meetings

Profile And Skills To Success

• Master’s degree or Engineering school degree completed
• At least 5 years of professional experience in project activity as PMO or Business manager
• Previous experience in banking sector or consulting
• Proficient knowledge of Office pack (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Power
  Point)
• Fluent in English, verbal and written
• Good communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Resilience
• Ability to develop and leverage networks
• Ability to set up relevant performance indicators

  - end business and regulatory projects; FIP Standards defines standard guidance and methodology; FIP Regulatory coordinates regulatory evolutions; FIP Change Management Office and Permanent Control leads transformation on FIP Global
• Your team FIP Change Management Office and Permanent Control is composed by a Manager, a Team Leader and 4 PMOs, monitoring activity (Budget, staffing, project status, KPI), coordinating and implementing permanent controls, and leading transformation projects for FIP global
