Business Manager ( Junior Level)

DECSKILL operates in 3 main areas:
- DECSKILL TALENT, through which we provide our clients with an extension to their IT teams;
- DECSKILL BOOST, through which we provide our client with software development models to increase capacity and optimize Time-to-Market, where we create and manage teams that deliver according to their needs, at the desired speed;
- DECSKILL CONNECT through which we provide our client with consulting services, as well as the implementation and management of information technology infrastructures.

We are searching for a Business Manager (Junior Level) to work in Lisbon:
Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and partnership continuity;
- Oversee and address all recruitment needs for the clients under your responsibility, ensuring timely and effective delivery;
- Lead and support a team of consultants, providing guidance, performance
- up, and career development aligned with project objectives; - Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, align expectations, and present recruitment progress;
- Source candidates in line with client needs, leveraging multiple platforms, job boards, and social networks;
- Screen, analyze, and shortlist CVs to match role specifications and organizational requirements;
- Conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a thorough assessment of skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Management;
- Previous experience in recruiting IT profiles;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a
- oriented environment; - High level of commitment, proactivity, and a positive work attitude;
- Results-driven mindset with focus on achieving objectives;
- Proficiency in English (additional languages will be considered a plus).
