As part of Extia Portugal’s growth, you will join the Extia team at the Lisbon office. In your role as a IT Business Manager you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a client portfolio within the IT sector across Portugal.

First Who

You hold a Master-'s degree (Bac +5) in Business or Engineering and have acquired 1 to 2 years of experience as a Business Manager in a consulting firm and/or in the IT sector.

You have a strong understanding of the IT market and wish to deepen your expertise while contributing to our continued success.

Looking for a role with real responsibility? You will be in charge of developing and maintaining a Business Unit dedicated to a portfolio of key accounts.

Are you passionate about management? From day one, you may be leading a team of approximately thirty consultants (depending on managerial capacity and opportunities).

You are fluent in English and Portuguese. French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: expand existing Business Units and develop commercial activities in the Portuguese market, including prospecting, client meetings, and building your own client portfolio. Note: the commercial aspect of the role will be conducted in English and Portuguese.
• Recruitment: work with the HR team to interview future consultants and ensure missions align with skills and career aspirations.
• Management: start with a team of approximately thirty consultants and coach one or two Junior Business Managers as part of your development path.

Qualifications

• Master-'s degree (Bac +5) in Business or Engineering
• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Business Manager in a consulting firm and/or in the IT sector
• Strong understanding of the IT market; willingness to deepen expertise
• Ability to lead a team and manage a portfolio of key accounts
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; French is a plus
