Our Team is growing and we're looking for an IT Recruiter. Could it be you?

Your Mission Will Be:

• Manage the recruitment and selection full‑cycle process for IT roles;
• Create job descriptions and conduct curricular screening;
• Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment and selection activities and others as needed;
• Search for potential candidates on multiple platforms, such as Linked
  In (Recruiter), using different strategies;
• Conduct phone and video interviews;
• Communicate with business managers to understand hiring needs.

Really Important To Have:

• Between 6 months and 2 years of experience in recruitment;
• BSc in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English;
• High motivation to be part of a dynamic team;
• Interest in the IT field;
• Ability to adapt to changes and speed environments.

Not Mandatory, But It Would Be Good:

• Previous experience in the recruitment field;
• Experience in the role, especially with tech profiles;
• Experience working with a Linked
  In recruiter;
• Good level of English (spoken and written).
