We are looking to incorporate a Business Manager to join our team in Lisbon.

What will you do in your

- day?

As a Business Manager , you will have a comprehensive view of the business, combining commercial and strategic management of engineering projects with client relationships and technical teams .

Key responsibilities:

• Business development: identification of opportunities, client management, and acquisition of new projects within the industrial and battery manufacturing sectors.
• Project management and strategic planning: team coordination, resource planning, cost monitoring, and profitability control (P&L ).
• People management: defining needs, recruiting, hiring, and supporting engineers and technicians in productive projects.
• Client relationship: direct interaction with sector companies, ensuring technical compliance, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Leadership and strategy: driving ALTEN’s growth and positioning in the sector through efficient project management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business administration or any related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a
  - related role, with responsibilities in strategic planning and project coordination.
• High level of English.
• Strong analytical skills, leadership,
  - oriented mindset, and excellent communication abilities.
